are uncharged northstar shots slightly inaccurate or is it just me being retarded

Im just coming back and posting old webms for my buddy whos DLing right now, but if I remember right movement will effect the trajectory of northstar shots so you need to compensate for that.

they are projectiles so they do have ballistics

I mean that if youre fully charged it shoots perfectly straight, but if you fire an incharged shot it fires slightly offtarget.

Reticles in videogames tend to switch size depending on the spread so it is pretty likely worse uncharged (and it feels so)

I bought titanfall 2 3 weeks ago since it was 15 bucks and I was already interested in it before and I thought it was a good deal and I still had a few weeks of holiday left anyway.

It's simple physics user, an object in motion tends to stay in motion. Treat the floor like lava and eventually connecting wall running will become second nature.

It's not all dead yet, stacks still come together during happy hour, and a lot of games lose a large portion of the fan base but still persist for years with people who enjoy the core things about the game, of which there's many in Titanfall

There comes a time when the general we've come to call home dies. It's tragic for /tfg/, since this place was alive as any other general until like two months ago, when it suddenly stopped being populated. It wasn't very gradual, at least not to me.

I should have played in the stacks more often

This game doesn't deserve to die. It's so good, sure there are some pretty glaring issues regarding shitscan and the matchmaking but the movement and the Titans and the aesthetics, the way the whole multiplayer experience actually plays like a movie.

/tfg/ has a lot of normies off in college and work, posting always slows mid day NA times, give it a few hours there will be a pulse.

No, the accuracy depends on whether you're zoomed in. It's actually pretty bad when you're not. You can figure this stuff out with any weapon just by shooting at a wall in both modes. It's better than assuming the reason and dying for it. There are still people who think the charge rifle has inaccurate hipfire, too, when actually it's perfect and the crosshair just doesn't have a center dot.

noobs are always weak. play more and you won't be such a noob.

softball is hilarious. they made the weapon a weak meme gun by adding that explosion delay, making the TTK a whole second slower than any reasonable weapon, but at least we get moments like these

I heard the game was super dead on PS4. I wouldn't know, I only have a PC.
Get it for PC because frankly FPS games are unbearable on consoles.

PS4 fluctuates between 2k to 5k players lately. On a really bad day it can take 2-3 minutes to find a match but it doesn't really detract from the experience for me personally. PS4 /tfg/ has bee pretty dead lately so you'll probably be playing with randoms a lot.

Don't know what PC TF2 is like. I'd say get it on whatever platform you like playing on more.

Is there any way I can bind titan call-ins to F keys? Eg. F1 for ion, F2 for scorch, F3 for northstar, etc...

pc is awesome buy it on pc. its harder but when your playing well its like dancing on the fucking sky. i came from team fortress 2 because muh movement, and muh doom bots.

you would have to bind, (f1) (open menu => select x,y coordinate=> close menu) not sure if it would be possible just in game, deffinatly doable somehow though. I doubt it would violate TOS but if you void the warranty - hahahaha.

I love the SMR so much. I kinda wish I hadn't started using the L-STAR because it threw off my SMR game and now I have to relearn it all.

It's around G6 or 7. I switch weapons too often to get anything up to 10, but it's my most used so far. Got the pro screen counter to break the 1000 mark finally.

There's really nothing like going fast in PC. Just that sheer amount of adrenaline I get is addicting, it feels like you're on top of the fucking world. That addiction is what keeps me in the game, man. I know all the PS/XB bunch have their reasons for playing on their consoles, but they're frankly missing out.
I'm personally a Tribes refugee but I've played my share of Team Fortress as well.

I'm trying to get back into the game, but just kinda not feeling it for some reason. Not sure what to play for regular multi besides attrition when solo, and FD gets old fast.

I usually queue for Attrition, AH, LTS, and either PvP or Titan TDM depending on what I'm feeling for

seconded. any fps, but ESPECIALLY this one, are much better with mouse controls. you won't believe how much better the graphics are too. Even on the pro and x consoles, you just get upgraded resolution with basic settings. with a good gpu, you can see every god damn fur on the cloak pilot's coat, at 120 frames per second.

Nah, that just par the course for FD, in other modes you end up in a losing game with 3 titans up on the enemy team.
