A sci vessel isn't a sci vessel without a repair beam, and healing heroes with a repair beam steps on Morales' feet.

They could let you talent into it as an activatable. Honestly irradiate + defense matrix (maybe grants armor over shield) + seeing over walls + maybe some of the ravens talents for ults would be pretty good for a "sustain" support. Maybe he couldn't auto attack so all his damage would be spells. The only issue I see is that the kit would sort of overlap tass. Seems unique enough for a new hero.

There isn't in HoTS, if that's what you mean. If you mean in lore, the SC team just pulls new planets out of their ass when they need something. All the protoss homeworlds have been shoa'd at this point.

which satellites to the purifiers have? a bunch of the planets got glassed by the golden fleet (pic related,) at least one was glassed by a xel'naga artifact, and all the fuckhuge artillery in LoTV / SC2 Co-op comes from the Spear of Adun, Artanis' ship.

They can't toss the Spear of Adun into the game because it's big enough to literally hold all of protoss civilization, their entire fleet of carriers and motherships, and still have enough space to load enough weapons to glass planets singlehandedly. it's like a death star on crack.

Dual Twins was good until they nerfed it by making the D damage being considered ability damage thus killing his self heal. Now it's trash.

Soon, not now, probably next year but right now we are still on the 1 hero per month schedule. I dont think they'll reveal a hero tomorrow but probably an event that will lead to Firebat or new hero by the end of it, kind of like the Starcraft event.

I think its going to be reworked Hanamura, OW skin for some heroes, OW themed event and Firebat/Ana/Whatever at the end of it on the last week of September or first week of October.

LvL 20 Water Elemental is Jaina's only good lvl 20 talent.

Most people play QM, Elemental is probably the best in there where you have mages that outrange Jaina and heroes that are too mobile to lock down with a skillshot.

That only takes Hero League games.
