Get something like CCleaner to clean up your registry first, I guess. Especially since you don't know what the registry is -- you don't want to go fucking around in there too much.

You can use Windows key+R and type regedit but don't fuck with the registry without knowing what you are doing because it can fuck up your computer
Try using the search function to find the name of the program

I believe CCleaner actually did find a registry but the installer still detects it as installed. Fuck my life.

The game that was deleted because the folder it was in got corrupted. I want to install it again, I still have all the files needed to install it, but it won't let me install because I assume it thinks the game is already installed.

those files are exactly what i mean, if there's an exe you can just copy the files over and run it, if they're compressed files you might be able to extract them manually with winrar or whatever

This is the first error message. The other two error messages don't appear anymore now that I installed it correctly.

I just created the H:\Silky\姫騎士オリヴィア\ path and put the iso inside it. Now it installed. That path didn't even exist at any point in my hard drive before, I have no idea why it wanted the iso to be there, but it works. And thanks to you guys I now know how to copy the messages so I can create the folder, otherwise naming them "姫騎士オリヴィア" correctly would have been impossible. So yeah, thanks for helping me fix this. I hope it works for the other games too.

I didn't uninstall shit, Windows said the folder is corrupted and needs to be deleted. I then tried to use the installer to uninstall but that didn't do anything, it did not even give me an error message.

No, the entire root folder was corrupted and every game inside it was deleted. As for the future I will never put all my games into 1 root folder again. Sucks because things were organized much better by putting all games into 1 game folder but oh well.

As I explained in , creating the H:\Silky\姫騎士オリヴィア\ path and moving the iso from which I installed the game into it solved it. I couldn't create that path before because I had no way of naming the folder 姫騎士オリヴィア correctly, but now that I know that you can copy the error messages I can just copy the correct path and name the folders accordingly.

It is weird because that path never existed before so I don't understand why the installer wanted it exactly there, neither did the installer have a problem with me selecting my own path before, but oh well. It works so I am happy.
