I got Neph AND Oscar within 150 orbs! Didn't check Neph's IV's and I haven't finished levelling her, but from what I could remember from her lvl 1 stats, she's neutral attack and that's good enough for me. Oscar's +atk -res, which sounds good.

Chapter 13 was easy, even the chain challenge. Only the third map was problematic. And well, I'll admit Elincia's B skill caught me off guard the first time I did the 4th map, but it only cost me one unit.
