user your +10 will basically fight everyone else who has +10, so all those numbers don't mean much. After all, at +10, everyone gets +4 to all stats, no difference whatsoever. Your real advantage is the summoner support and ally supports. Those effectively give you 6*/7* power.

The only real change in higher tier in relation to +10 is that offense gets nerfed thanks to +4 attack not matching up to +4 hp and +4 def/res. Speed doesn't matter at all since no one scales harder on speed thereby whoever doubles whoever never changes.
