Talus isn't a flank, he's a damage that has the single best escape in the game provided you don't get over-run. His DPS is Skye-tier but without the horrible range and if he takes the unlimited ammo legendary he has more sustained damage than any other champion in the game, utterly shredding shields to pieces easily.

His card combinations are weird though, I think this might be a hidden OP build as it gives 72% lifesteal without liferip which might trick people into not getting cautz early against him. If not, grab the defense reduction as well for added tankyness.

Wow Talus is way harder to use than i expected. You need to be all the way up someones butt to kill them. Also his movement is kinda cool, but suffers from the same bugs Evie does.
