Stop fucking auto-piloting. Gold and below players tend to play their hero with a minimum amount of critical thinking. You need to be constantly evaluating how to get a leg-up on you opponent.
Also try focusing targets together instead of weird 1v1 or 1v2 skirmished. You want to fight the opponent in 2v1s or fights that you are almost-certain to win.

Forced 50 isn't a rigged system, but the result of games being out of your control. Your team is only as good as its worst player. Unless it's constantly you, there isn't much you can do. Even if you were always the best player of the match, it's only 55% chance.
