Alright, I'll hold of on promoting Olivia. Should I also pass on giving her Ruby Sword+? I'd like her to kill any and all Hectors if she needs to, and I don't think a four-star Olivia with regular Ruby Sword can.

Cherche has Atk+3 baseline, so she only gets +3 Atk from DB3.
Reinhardt has no A skill and would get +6 Atk from DB3.

Reinhardt is also more defining of a team than Cherche and you'll likely want to merge him so you get more score in arena.

Ward Fliers is bad. You only want Goad if you're not running Hone.

A Fortify and three goads is perfectly optimal, but
