I love how this term gets misused so much.
Avatarfagging is when someone posts with the same character every post, usually with it displaying reactions and the poster acting like the character in the images.

I don't think it'll spawn anywhere in Darj until you've unlocked the Flying Ride Monster.

I just got Ratha back and came back here. There was a Tigrex quest on the board.

In that case just zone in and out of the map, it'll show up eventually.

Just leave the area by catavan or walking and comeback, he should be there one of the times. Monsters share spawn points so if the one you want isn't there just reset the area by leaving and check again.

You can also get a Peco and use its call ability, you should get it in a few tries or so.

Why are there almost no TAs with HH in XX? isn't brave/adept supposed to trivialize every endgame hunt?

I can't decide between ivory lagi and regular. I think ivory is supposed to be better, and usually white dragons are right up my alley, but it just looks slightly off to me somehow. I just keep switching back and forth and they both look cool.
