I have a +Res -Spd Henry and +Atk - Spd Boey, which are perfect IVs for them respectively. Which one is worth it more? Or should I wait for Emperor Arvis?

this is true. Summoner and Ally Support also help make outclassed units much better. Klein still sees action in AA and every once in a while I bring him out for normal content
