So tier 4 skills take 16 points instead of 18. After infamy 5 just cosmetics and technically some sort of e-peen.

Infamy 4 is where it stops being useful I believe.

You gotta get the first tier then get the original 4 infamy perks that help decrease skillpoint spending. After V-100 you can just never infamy again since all you get after it are masks and +XP% bonuses. I'm still at like XX-100 after the initial double XP/infamy 2.0 event because I have five +10% perks left and I just don't give a fuck

the only use for a 34 conceal gruber is to pair it with a saw to get down to 8 conceal for stealth needs akimbo gruber would be fun though
