All of those are considered irrelevant to the card game's main story. All of the alternate slut Sakura scenes and events are treated no better than non-canon bad endings. The MC doesn't exist in most of them too. Characters getting raped or killed off in the main story come with consequences, while these alt do not.

it's thousands of hours but you'll enjoy yourself doing it since you'll be understanding the shit you read instead of a half assed MTL. you don't study the language by itself, you can just learn hiragana and katakana and jump into games right then and there googling shit as you go along.
