Ok, so onto the maths...
Stalin in power ~372 months > 31 years
Hitler in power ~132 months > 11 years
Total deaths responsible for(no general WW2 casualties included, only POW and civilians, soldiers are supposed to kill each other in war):
Stalin: ~20 million
Hitler: ~17.37 million
(Some of you can already see where this is going...)
Mean number of deaths per month:
Stalin - 53,763
Hitler - 131,591
In other words, Hitler's regime is killing considerably more than twice the amount of people per month.
If you are outraged by the fact that Stalin is attributed with only 20 million deaths, I'd like to point out that the only estimate that puts him above Hitler is the loony toons Solzhenitsyn claim of 60 million people. Every other estimate I found still places him below Adolf.
