What does Sibyl do to beat Nep? Ramping faster means shit, that's not an issue Dragon has against non-aggressive decks. The problem is setting up a win condition before turns 7-8 ON TOP of ramping fast, Sibyl doesn't help achieving that.

And this is how I know you've never played Dragon and is just talking shit out of your ass. Nobody plays that meme combo. The most people do is Poly Roar in Saha Ramp with maybe a Queen to combo with Zeus + Poly. Big Queen combos are inconsistent and only good against slow decks, what Dragon has no time to tech against, and, even then, it's only going to do anything if you can pull it off before Khawy comes down, what makes it even more inconsistent.
