Nobody really bothered to test/break the deck extensively due to zoo outclassing it. With zoo gone people are finally looking for other things to break.

I think the source was a livestream at a tournament where someone from Konami was commenting on the first 4 SPYRAL cards after the art was revealed but before the effects were revealed. It's also where the "Super Agent could beat Stratos in a bar fight" joke came from.

I am playing the FTK version of this.
Either have Instant Fusion in your hand, or search it with the Supreme King Gates (which can be searched by Darkwurm, which can be searched by OE Revolution Dragon / dumped to GY by Foolish etc). Summon Nightingale with Instant Fusion, Linkuriboh it away. Now you only need to get 4 Dark Pendulums on the field, which is fairly easy in Pendulum Magicians thanks to cards like Harmonizing Magician and Astrograph/Chronograph Sorcerer (and might get even easier with Rescue Rabbit). Use 2 Dark Pendulums for the first SKD Starving Venom, copy Nightingale in GY, deal 4k damage. Link Starving Venom and Linkuriboh away to, I dunno, Code Talker. Summon the second Starving Venom with your remaining Dark Pendulums and copy Nightingale again for another 4k damage.

What makes this scary is that how consistent it can get. You might have noticed how everything in this deck is searchable in multiple ways. You can also put in a ton of draw cards like Allure (everything is Dark), Pot of Desires or Into the Void (since it's an FTK deck). Add to this the fact that Pendulum Magicians can deck-thin a lot while seaching (e.g. Pendulum Call) and you've got yourself a pretty consistent FTK deck.

Advantages: Extremely budget. Nothing in this deck should cost more than 2 bucks (and that's like the draw cards).
Deck is also not as helmet as one might think, lot's of decision making involved e.g. to thin your deck as much as possible before using draw cards and cards have some restrictions here and there that you have to work around.
Also doesn't insta-lose going 2nd, if you decide to build the deck less-turbo and more actual Pendulum Magician stuff.

Disadvantages: Dies to disruption from opponent's handtraps, like every other FTK deck.
Also not everything is in the TCG yet. OE Revolution Dragon is not needed, but a generic Link 2 pointing downwards is. I think the earliest we get one is Underclock Taker in EXFO.

Proxy would need to go to the EMzone where Linkuriboh was. If you use a Link for a summon you don't get to use the zones it pointed to

I don't believe it works that way, Proxy would have to go to the EMZ. You can't summon it to Linkuriboh's link marker if you send Linkuriboh away to summon it.

Also I forgot to mention that the deck relies on Linkuriboh of course, which is going to be of limited availability in the west I believe.
The deck _does_ work without Linkuriboh, but then needs more resources put into Link Summoning, thus requires more luck to pull the FTK off.

If Iris can be used for the fusion why couldn't it be searched by Revolution when Revolution searches a Pendulum Dragon monster.
