Shaheen is a boring but more powerful version of Lee (Tanukana agrees. Source: her last stream). It's Lee who needs a buff. The only thing Shaheen needs is being eliminated from the game for being a redundant and boring character design.

I think I've played like 2 non laggy italians since I got the pc release. Those were good guys tho, gave me tips and everything

Third of the cast seems to have some kind of "stance after specific moves" -gimmick.
I like Shaheen, but his stance bullshit is not the reason why.

a lot of tekken players claw grip on gamepad so they can press facebuttons without needing macros
most gamepads that are designed for fighting games have this in mind

I wouldn't waste slots for 1+3 and 2+4, becouse thouse are easy to press with thumb. I my self have 1+2, 3,4 ,1+4 and 2+3 bound becouse thouse are somewhat more difficult to press, but I don't main king.
