PS: We Did Better This Time Edition has been joked about since PS came out. No one was surprised by this and, from those who have played PS, are right to be underwhelmed.
A few new fancy features here, a new rival that will subsequently be dropped after this game, and the promise of new songs. Nothing to get too excited about, and no one is going to stop anyone from buying and enjoying it.
The only thing worth talking about from the reveal is the new rival, and as you can see that's being meme'd and criticized.
All of those idols would need new models to match the art direction.
