Whoever asked what's a good time-xp efficient heist, I reccomend Birth of Sky if you have a second non-retarded heister with you. If you trigger the pallets in the correct order (intact pallet exposed to eventual turret position first, broken pallet second, safest intact pallet last) you can do the whole heist in about 10 minutes and it pays out like a much longer heist. You need the second guy to start collecting the money bundles while you're securing the first pallet, but yeah, it's very fast.
