Okeanos has some levity that was missing from every scene not including Ceasar or Marie. It also focuses on a smaller cast of repeating characters so we don't need to deal with randoms like Leonidas or Phantom of the Opera for a one and done fight. And it's when Nasu starts to get involved, even if he doesn't write much he at least has some say in how it's written.

Overall Okeanos is fun, better than most of London.

When they say up to they mean up to and including. This is just for story quests though, if you're done the story enjoy your week of nothing
