He got a SQ and a good NP interlude.
His NP's anti servant is one of the best effect.
He can generate a decent amount of stars and has a good NP gain.

Artoria has no SQ, NP interlude only boost the base damage.
NP's secondary effect is fine but wasted on her due to her shit NP gain.

There's literally only 7-8 servants that he doesn't get bonus damage against with his NP. He effectively hits for a ST NP on everyone else

Apo Vlad is basically Extra Vlad but with fame boost and clear mind. So it's kinda obvious.
