I did indeed test it and I admit I was wrong, though it is because the skills themselves are poorly defined. I used hone attack on a unit, and ended my turn. I kept my buff. I used hone attack and killed a unit, I kept the buff and ending my turn I still kept my buff. This is in contradiction to the skill description where it says that the buffs are in effect until the end of an action. Nowhere is action defined and apparently intuitive ideas of what an action are wrong. This also begs the question why ward buffs exist then if you can keep your hone buffs for so long.
Anyways I was wrong and am actually retsrded, I'm sorry for calling you an idiot.
