I don't know that any major changes need to be made to the mirage. maybe some cooldown reductions on deception skills for minor changes. Those cooldowns are absurd for what they do. A possible major change would be adding a better source of magic mirrors. But I'm not sure it's necessary.

It's more other elite specs I'm concerned about actually, scourge seemed a little op because of its self-sustain, but anet could just as easily adjust other classes to balance out others. Semi-related, Mirage also comes off as a PvP elite spec to me so I'll probably only play it for that on launch.
