I'd say so, yeah. His evil charisma goes well with a lot of good Servants, and with the right setup he can fire his NP twice in a row. He also works well with Merlin and Holmes. Orion has a harder time firing off his NP and doesn't get the full benefit of Merlin's Buster buff.

Yeah, there's that too. Orion's niche is performed better by other Servants. There still isn't anyone else with Moriarty's brand of charisma, so he's still unique to use. He's also just a funner, better character in general.

seems like a plan, but I missed out on a lot of really good 5* CE from events though, kind of iffy about getting a black grail/formalcraft/heavens feel for saberlot with such few quartz.
