Tamamo does the same, boost ARTS and give skill CD. This is more important for arts team.

Merlin goes with everything but Tamamo makes arts party get the kill faster. Nero fest pretty much proved this.

BB is great for hard fights, she brings a safe and reliable path victory. But I would never use her for regular story battles or dailies, it would be just delaying shit unnecesarily

The problem is that Quick cards are made for generating stars, but the stars are better off being used by Busters and Arts because of the lower damage modifier on Quicks. Things like 2030 or Merlin mean you don't really need them either.
