currently though she has some adjustments from her jp version that are nice.
her build up skills used to require her to use 10-12 times to hit max, but they dropped it down to 6.
for any long battle, she can hit a 15x modifier for holy and wind damage.

does anybody currently do that right now?

1 relic minimum is guaranteed with every 11x draw, kupo.

FFRK JP has a special going on where players can choose a relic bundle (a pairing overstrike & burst for one character and a super soul break for a white mage) per main realm for 3rd Anniversary. This selection draw should be entirely free, so even if one goes 1/11 with their pull they'll still have the relic bundle to pick up

Those three are more offensive white mage bursts in some form or another, which can be a bummer if you were hoping strictly for healing shit. The effects are alright, but do keep in mind that Penelo's MAG/MND buff is a bit weaker than others. It won't play well with Yuna BSB2 and other soul breaks with the same buff ID.

There's also Tactics which gives Agrias BSB+OSb and Ovelia SSB (I dunno if it's the medica or HP stock). I can't decide which I'm gonna pick. 3, 7, 11, 14, and 15 stand out to me.
