I haven't played this game since completing it in April. No hard mode, not master sword trials, not even language changing. When are they going to fucking announce the next set of DLC? I want to replay it all from the beginning when everything is out but fighting this urge to start it again is becoming more and more difficult as each day goes by

Just replay it. The worst case scenario is you get burnt out on the game by the time the DLC is released, but then you can just wait another few months until you feel like replaying it again. No need to torture yourself.
