I really don't see any game where you'd get Medusiana on board unless you were already going to win.

That said I still think Medusa is good because she does a good imitation of Floral Fencer while still being live on curve, and just spawning a serpent or two before being killed by the opponents evo is going to up your aggro game, but I can't imagine a serpent deck working out at all. I'd probably try her in bats, don't think the 4 slot is very competitive.
