The combination of 30+ enemies in most fights and the lack of AOE like in the first game is what makes it so horrible. At this rate by the 4th or 5th world each map will take a day or more.

Just grind the event girl, it takes virtually no time.
It'll take you like 3 hours every 7-10 days and you'll be slowly progressing for the time you want to play again.

Montowers 2 was a bit more mobage-like, but it died. Then it came back. May or may not have died again since then, I haven't checked.

You get the previous event 3* fully maxed out for free and current event 3* is super easy to get so absolutely.

There's nothing good to reroll for at the moment though and no easy reroll events so that's going to be the problem. Should have started during anniv or rezero for easy rerolls.

You just replace the level up grinding with hours of rerolling and then you get to enjoy those extra 1 1/2 levels worth of content for your end game :^). Seeing how many stop playing newly released mobage after a week or 2 because they run out of things to do this sort of release schedule is interesting. I personally don't like it because I enjoy burning through kusoge in a week but I'm curious if copying the MMO model will increase the games longevity and player retention. Normies who don't like to devote a lot of time to mobage might eat it up since it'll take them most of the week to finish a level in the first place.
