Is evasion in 3.0 still fucked?
Why does anyone take Dodge over block? Seriously. It's a fucking death sentence. the way evasion works is just postponing the inevitable buttfucker hit that ends you.
There should be a system that allows evasion builds to be hit for less damage but still register as a hit. something like:
general chance to evade cut down to 2/3, but chance of a hit being a glancing hit (only 1/2 damage and non-critical) introduced.
That or registering a dodge as a hit like block.

evasion is pretty amazing, I don't know what you're talking about. it's obviously going to get you killed if it's your only source of mitigation. honestly, evasion shouldn't be something that you heavily invest into unless you're playing qotf or dreamfeather. having a tiny bit of evasion gives you 10-20% chance to evade and having a stibnite on top of that means you don't take 60% of the incoming attacks which is pretty amazing.

if theyre offline, you mgiht have achance listing it between 250c and 5c
depending on how long theyve been listed for, there may or may not be any interest in them at all
if you have free reign of valuing your item, the fucking charge whatever you want and lower the price if no one is buying it
