Nothing about Corn's dragon heritage really matters, in fact I think most people don't even use her dragon powers after that one chapter since it's better to reclass her into something else or because the Yatoos just plain better.

Not really. You don't really need to since the best mages are blue anyways and they die to anything physical.

Only real use is on other red mages, to duel other red mages, who are already pretty damn rare. Add to that the fact that the only red mage who is really worth using is Celica, who is locked to 5* unlike other options (Tharja, Lilina) and who benefits a hell of a lot more from running Renewal instead. Only reason why Odin has it is that he's the one who trully neds it with his pitiful attack stat.

-HP +Atk is fantastic because you can cancel out the HP bane with an HP + 3 seal. I would gladly take that IV
