explain why MvCI is not a wireframe fighter. they could have saved a ton of money by making the characters wireframes. they obviously didn't give two shits about capcom or marvel, so why bother?

He's got a speed buff on him, look at the orange arrows.

Pokken's got a buff/debuff system, supports and certain attacks can apply them. Generally speaking, moves that in the actual games have a given affect will apply an analgous one.

For example, Chandelure's Will-o-wisp gives an atttack debuff like how it lowers attack in the actual pokemon games, Weavile's knock off deals damage to meter as well as dealing health damage like how it knocks off items in the pokemon games, etc
