No. I said my personal preference, not an absolute law, was that the main channel be reserved for PES events featuring real cup teams, on the basis that single-team events (such as Veeky ForumsL and the /mlp/ Friendship Tests) lack sufficient broad, general interest to warrant going on the main cup channel. That's just my hierarchy of appropriateness.
