Not sure about the best but he is very good. If you catch him without his cds he'll die just like any other rogue, but him being level 52 and taking out 60s is always funny.
The neat thing about him is that he isn't a shit talker, he's just having fun and he's pretty chill. But that makes me sound like I'm him so I'll shut the fuck up. He's rarely posted here but isn't an attention whore past making funny videos.
