Is it possible to get up there where the bridge is? Looks like a good spot for the dive achievement. I've looked around everywhere and dove from lower spots nearby but it's not quite enough.

You can get the Diving achievement just before the last boss of Blackram Narrows,
drop down from the ledge and immediately dive and you'll get caught in an invisible barrier that will allow you to dive until you can't anymore.*
