I found a game breaking bug, i tried to annul a bond of eternity. The guy ate my ring but then it didn't register. I can't annul the bond as he keeps demanding the ring he was given.
Contacted support 4 separate times, each time support have been condescending assholes. Each guy says it's not their position to fix it, then telling me to contact in game support.
When reporting bugs, in game support say they don't help with bugs. The bug guys say contact in game support. Is support always this fucking awful? Any advice?

Unfortunately you need 'reagents' to glamour, and different kinds in order to glamour different kinds of gear. So it can get a bit pricey
