Crossbell's independence should be covered in this arc and it will only happen in 1207, Sen 3 starts in April 1206. So unless the game spans about a year or they mention it in a fucking epilogue again there going to be another game.

Crossbell independence can be done from the Calvard arc. Don't forget that this is the arc where Osborne is going down most likely, if you're a Rocksmith then Crossbell would be the place to go.

I noticed on the JP PSN screenshot of battle that the command menu is labelled in English, also in the TGS demo they had both english and japanese version images of the controls maybe this is a sign that we wont have to wait 2 plus years?

The true final boss is just a survival mode with slowass HP sponge at the end of the fight. Theos has better design but I ruined it by powerlevelling.
