Got this game a few days ago. How much longer am I going to keep getting matched with people with way more play time and way better than me or anyone on my team? The last five matches have had one person with around 8-10 kills and no deaths carrying the other team.

Ranked is meant to match you with people at your approximate skill level. You might enjoy it more if you give it a chance, since bronze/silver league ranked is generally going to be easier than typical casual games.
