what is even the point of Ana's sleep dart, it's a stun that's interrupted as soon as the target takes damage so it's useless in teamfights, and is a useless self-peel since she should never be in a 1v1 situation or laning alone

the best scenario is putting to sleep one of the backline or their healer, again something that should never happen because it would mean Ana is severely out of position

Nope, ult lost damage, new talents suck, new quest suck, she could regen half of her health in a minute before, now she can't. Laws of Hope got an overall nerf because of passive regen and the regen master talent got removed.

Pick stitches and Dehaka for waveclear and self sustain, don't Jo even on QM.

The point was to kill escaping characters on low life, thanks to the nerf, the damage simply isn't enough, and since you still doesn't do enough damage to kill on your own you have to wait for your teammates to reach your location, which by that time the slow is already gone.

Many people latch onto streamers because they act as virtual friends that treat the loneliness and stress in the viewer's life. Female streamers offer that along with the complicated feelings dudes on the internet have with women, for some guys there's this belief that this will be the closest they'll ever get to having a girlfriend who loves them that they can love back (via donations). The argument that they could just watch porn or find a working girl doesn't quite apply here as these things only simulate sex, not female companionship in the literal meaning of the word.

Blinded by the light is a level 20 talent, of course it's strong. Nowhere as strong as good character's talents though.

Also level 7 talents compete with blessed momentum which is incredibly important for her.

Not anymore. Passive HP regen does a direct damage reduction because it's automatic, without regen master (which obviously means less 500 HP) and laws of hope she is a lot squishier.

The issue is Ana has nothing for herself besides her grenade which she doesn't want to be using on herself.

They shit a lot on her survivability, which makes you wonder what's the point of taking a tank that can't self sustain. The removal of regen master, coupled with the nerf on laws of hope (from 10 HP per secont to 1.5) means she has less 40+ HP regen per second, that accounts to about 2400 less healing per minute without taking into account the level scaling of the old laws of hope (4% per level).

The removal of regen master also makes laws of hope active less useful because her max HP is not lower.

The new talents aren't in good spots either, one of them is in competition with blessed momentum. They nerfed the initial damage of her aoe burning, you now need at least 3 AAs on heroes to do just as much damage, of course without her self sustain I don't see her auto-attacking that often.

The last new talents go into the same tier as imposing presence which makes you decide between some small self sustain and a aoe CC.

They also nerfed the falling sword damage and gave it a 50% slow, because the point of the ult was to kill escaping low HP characters, you now need your team to kill those, and by the time they reach you, the slow is gone.

I've been able to keep even with most other supports I'm matched against except Stukov, grenade first and you're golden. I've typically been taking the sleep dart quest at 1 which ramps up massively at 16 when you're taking sharpshooter and each pierce is healing for a fuckton

You have to position yourself really well with her, she has more range than most enemy abilities. The biggest threat to Ana is honestly a Nova just poking her down and running away repeatedly

You're right that no Regen Master is devastating for Johanna. Shield Glare at 16 is pretty much mandatory if you aren't rocking double healer/tank.
