I maxed out Soren's HM, so I just promoted a +spd -def Titania for the sole purpose of using her in Tempest. I don't have any good fodder for her and I've never had a Hector so no way in hell I'm killing him off if I had one so I just gave her Renewal 2, glacies and armored blow.
