It's got the same conventions as his mods plus the same style, even the splash screen is similar. Plus he was part of the first iteration of paid mods.

No, there's plenty to explore in vanilla MW for your first time and you have to go way out of your way to add in the TR content/make it compatible.

This, first playthrough should be vanilla other than bug fixes, graphics updates, and maybe some QOL stuff like that one patcher that maps casting to 1 key

I've only been installing quality of life mods and patches so far.
Stuff like LG NPC's and Animated Morrowind as well.
I've also downloaded a mod that claims to balance the game and gameplay, I wouldn't normally but it was recommended by Trainwiz so it can't be bad, right?

It still shits itself. AFAIK, Papyrus itself did not get any major changes in SE. The engine load itself being better balanced and benefiting from 64-bit might pass on some slight advantages (like it's a lot harder to break AI by raw NPC count alone), but that has nothing to do with Papyrus.

The advantages aren't slight for a heavy scripted load order. If you don't use a lot of scripts then you won't see much difference. SE will also be able to handle the problems associated with lots of animations better - until you just pile on more animations.

Don't use LGNPC, it's shit.
If you play for the first time, I'd recommend only using Patch for Purist and MCP.
MGE XE effects are pretty nice for graphics.
Animated Morrowind is top tier comfy tho, good choice.
If the rebalance mod is BTB; you should'nt use it.
It's fucked in it's own way.

Also what's wring with LGNPC, I've checked 3 guides and they've all recommended it. Even Trainwiz.
I was already iffy about BTB, guess I'll disable it.

Hmm I dont see an all in one needs mod on the SE nexus..

So I followed the guides step by step, mod by mod and got everything working except for one thing. The OSA menu never shows up, holding F8 doesn't do anything either. I've only ever gotten one message when pressing Numpad Enter which was,New MCM Menu registered.
What am I doing wrong?
