T-V rightfully takes care of Panthers and Shermans and the few Super Pershings. Tiger Es become a gamble because le RNG will manage to make my APHE not penetrate the viewport on the turret half the time, but it penetrates just fine if you flank them.
Most of the problem comes when a Hetzer or maybe even a Jagdpanzer IV shows up and you look at it the wrong way. They'll punch through your turret like nothing if you don't get the shot off through their mantlet first.
It's a fine tank, I get many kills with it but its chink is the turret will be penned easily most of the time

why would you want the T-64 over the T-62. The sole difference I've noticed is reload.

Well with the default gun, fuck yes. New gun I'd say it's tolerable. But you should shoot the 37mm in taps, anyway, rather than sustained fire, since it's decently prone to jamming.

As long as I can fire more than one shell without having to wait 0.5-1 sec to avoid the shell flying 5m off the reticle, I'm happy.

Now if memory doesn't lie then the New 37mm upgrade should have a gun dispersion of about 2.80 metres, rather than 8 metres.
