Make an educational Sonic game with the following requirements:

A. It must be a topic that is commonly considered to be a core subject in most developed societies (i.e. geography, math, science, history, language)
B. It cannot be light on the education material, which means it can't be dressing like Unleashed or the Storybook titles.
C. It needs to still feel like a game and appeal to fans of action games.

Sonic Typing Game

Whenever you play you select a difficulty and the game randomly generates a stage for sonic to run through. It's an autorunner where sonic runs towards the end of the stage, but there are short prompts for you to type, and successfully doing so can net you more points or lead sonic on a detour through alternate routes as you try to go for the highest score. At the end your score is tallied up and then compared against other players who have played the stage, as well as a generation code you can share with your friends so they can play it too.

Sonic must use his homing attack to create words in different languages so he can move on through Eggman's perilous fortress.
Badniks are in the shape of the letters.
Mild exploration to find the badniks in the correct order.

Or if making it classic, have it be like CD where you have to search for generators/letter Badniks, except with good level design

classic sonic game where item boxes are math functions that change your score at the end of the act. you have to get the best score possible while meeting a minimum requirement on number of boxes broken.

To progress to each country you have to follow a set of paths via landmarks from country to country. You get comfy cutscenes of Sonic doing cultural stuff

As you earn points you can unlock various perks and abilities to boost gameplay. These include shields that save you from a slip up, multiple playable characters with their own unique abilities, new stages modeled after classic zones, and a "zoomzeum" which has all sorts of cool sonic memorebilia.
