They're essentially caused by the differences between N64 and OpenGL texture handling, and they're not easy to fix.

NES, SNES and GBA are prolly safe bets. Dunno if it'll run epsxe, Project64 and some NDS Games in NO$GBA though, it's a matter of trying.

It's cool but it's not really cost effective. The things this device can emulate can already be emulated flawlessly in software. At best you'll have lower latency on the FPGA.
It would be valuable to have something like that for more recent hardware that still can't be emulated completely accurately on modern CPUs (say generation 5 and up) but the FPGAs capable of running such huge designs at speed are ridiculously expensive, you're much better off buying the original hardware directly and mod it to play pirated games.
If CPU frequencies keep stalling and FPGA keep becoming more affordable there might come a time where this won't be true anymore but it'll still take a while.
