He's a male unit so he will have wasted points in HP. Only 140 BST means the stat allocation is very strict. Also being an annoyance on defense is a big selling point for Dancers anyways. When units like Cecilia exists with a better class type and base kit, he becomes rather redundant.

Who the fuck even cares about their stats or skills. They're dancers, and that's all that matters. Aqua's prf is cool, but that's just a nice addition to what is otherwise a good unit in itself.

Only one that's really worth it is water because of her weapon and she shares a color with Inigo. If you already have a decent dancer then there is even less of a reason. Bait gets thrown around for every banner, but for me this banner really is bait.
