Yes. I checked the achievement before grinding the ladder and there was nothing about a reward for the new levels. When I reached lv 110, I got a message and it was there. Pretty weird but it's a new patch so it's not that surprising.

By the way, now that I've unlocked lv 110, I have the next achievement for Haven, it's 400 rupies again. It's probably 2k rupies for 100 -> 150 then. That's huge, 14k rupies if you clear the 7 classes.

I pulled 3 Python so I did a bunch of testing. It's shit. The only real use is like as a one of in ramp dragon or some shit, and even that is questionable since it's a 10 mana card that doesn't actually do anything when you play it.
