As sage, you could lv all four Endows, go Free cast lv 1 and you have everything you need.
If Pre-Re, just go Rod[3] and Cotton Shirts[0] 'til 99 killing Mi Gao and Geographer as very easy mode, Stings, Alarms or Clock as hard mode and Seal mobbing as party mode.

I don't think you will have any SP problem if you don't get hit while in Energy Coat.
