Getting to 10 PP and getting 3 Wildfangs in hand with an Altered Fate is fairly consistent. The biggest workhorse is probably Draconic Fervor though as it's what allows you to get full hand size easiest.

Literally everything eventually draws into each other. The Dragon Summoners get Wildfang, Aiela, or Sybil, Foresight draws either Feena or Sybil and another thing(also possibly Sybil and Feena again), Goblin Mage draws either Wildfang or Dragon Summoner, and Feena gets you Goblin Mage. That basically everything is simultaneously a cycle allows you to not deplete hand size.

You're still always vulnerable to getting dicked by not drawing the last Altered Fate.

After you see Giant Chimera work this is pretty much how you expect. It doesn't say that it does damage until the follower is dead, just that it does damage according to health.
