I'm afraid my sound quality is not the best, you can hear that audacity dies a bit when I go particularly high (which is what's needed for these lines). Any chance this can be fixed in post? I'm hoping anons have some experience in removing or reducing this shit

First things first, use noise removal to get rid of that background noise.
You could try de-amplifying the parts that peak or try normalising the audio.
