Should I run Elincia through the TT or is the Camilla map still better for SP? She probably gets around 60% of the kills realistically on TT but all of them on warriors.

Even with ideal IVs Kagero wins something like 40 more matchups on initiation.
Bringing her up to SS supports actually closes the gap until you realize that Kagero can be danced for to clean up any kills she misses like on cavs, while Olivia can't be danced for.
Her default kit is quite useful , but WoM is still better than her B skill.

For a +spd, I think Fury is better. Deceptively kinda fast.

If she was -spd, or +res, I'd say distant defense for sure
