The paradox world had already diverged so much from the original history that the death of Luka and Alice wouldn't have much affect on its course. Killing the 15th purely for the sake of slowing chaos wouldn't make any sense at this point as it would be a small drop in an ocean. And unlike the other factions in action, Marcellus should understand the true nature of the Paradox and would keep his focus on actions that progress toward a long term solution instead of executing someone who could give a lot of information to Luka to buy the world 5 extra seconds.

As a general for monster girl games, you kinda have to acknowledge that the majority of the games discussed are japanese. Why are there no good western MG games? Rpgmaker games in general are pretty bad, which is why it's surprising Paradox is good quality, especially for a porn game.

The angel plan was effectively complete, they've selected their chosen people and brought them to their world. The Lilith sisters aren't close enough in their genocidal plan, but it's a moot point if everyone is killed by chaos. In both cases, both parties are willing to bail if the world is going to be deleted. Even then, their plans are short term while Luka wants his world as unharmed as possible, he's not going to jeopardize it by taking risks.

It's hard to tell which people could have existed in the VN timeline such as Mephisto or the Minotaur Queen that fighting them wouldn't be anomalous. In the case of the seraphim or succubi, they themselves are experts in studying chaos, they've only engaged Luka when there was a reasonable chance that the deviation would be accepted (moreso since Luka getting killed by high level succubi or angels was always a possibility in his journey). There's no guarantee that it would have been the same for a living XV, and they don't have the luxury of trying to find out when there's a surefire way of making the encounter benign.

It's been remarked by several characters from Mephisto to Morrigan that the Lilith sisters and Alice XV are only aligned due to mutual goals, XV isn't actually on their side and vice versa.

It's unlikely when the reasoning is pretty obvious. Marcellus, whose most significant role in history was killing XV, kills XV to preserve history.
